Wk 5 artist interview: Scott Burns

Scott created a collection of warped faces using cermamic. These faces represent the negative conscious he had in the back of his head while trying to think of what he wanted to present at the gallery. He also had some sculptures of his dog because his dog is somewhat of therapy to him, which I can definitely relate to. I thought this collection was pretty unique and probably really hard to keep these sculptures together while in the ceramic process because some of them were quite large. Scott has his BA in studio art at Concordia University, Irvine and is planning to get his masters. This collection took him 2 months to create.
